IN PERSON CASTING & TEST SHOOT // NYC CASTING DATES: 2/24 + 2/25 LOCATION: NYC *Talent should be available to be seen in person for this casting There is no particular shoot date for this project, this is a general casting call for UA to pull from when booking upcoming projects Talent will be shot in 2-3 test looks.. It's a great chance to get talent’s foot in the door with this client! TYPICAL SHOOT RATE: $2,500+20% to include the below term, territory, and media.. Guaranteed at time of booking. Standard Global Usage: 2 years from first insertion to Under Armour, Inc., ("Under Armour") and its representatives, successors, assigns, licensees, employees, and any person, corporation or entity acting under its permission or with its authority, or for whom it might be acting, including anyone distributing or disseminating communications by or regarding Under Armour (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Licensed Parties"): the irrevocable right, permission and license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and/or otherwise use: (i) my name; and (ii) any still or moving photographic image, likeness or sound recording of me (the "Performance") for Under Armour's promotional/marketing materials or for Under Armour's internal business purposes, specifically but not limited to: print, retail POS, Ua.com and partnering sites, Editorial/PR, social, catalogs. OR Standard ECOMM Usage: 2 years ECOMM ONL Y Shoots include both stills and nonunion video.
