*All images and videos with Devices and Consumables with just Hands for all media, worldwide and in perpetuity starting from 2026. (unrecognizable) *Corporate use for talent(PMPSA and /or its Affiliates corporate and brand websites and social media platforms, WW and in perpetuity). The Advertiser understands not to post Materials online or on social media after expiry of the Usage Term set out above. Upon expiry of the Usage Term, the parties agree that the Production Company and Advertiser shall be under no obligation to remove Materials posted on online or on social media during the Usage Term. The parties acknowledge that the Advertiser is and/or shall be the owner of the Materials and the Advertiser is either the intellectual property rights owner. * In the event that the Featured Artist is required to attend, at the Performers & Licensed Parties’ sole discretion, any recall(s) following the Shoot, the Production Company shall pay [through its production company] the Featured Artist $550.00 + 20% Agent Fee USD The Usage Fee and Session fee payable pursuant to this Agreement are and shall represent full and final consideration for the proper performance of the Services and the entire product of such Services and the rights granted by the Featured Artist herein and shall include any and all agency fees, expenses and extras of whatever description and any and all payments due to the funds of any guild or union or other similar organization and any and all pay-roll and other taxes and direct and indirect taxes and state and government and social security contributions, pension contributions and holiday pay. No further or additional payment shall be due to the Featured Artist in respect of any of the foregoing for any reason whatsoever. ADDITIONAL USAGE OPTIONS - NONE
