Synopsis:

This is a casting for Music Artists to join the TikTok LIVE Music Program and DJ Program — an invitation-only opportunity offering more support, exposure, and monetization than music creators can reach anywhere else on the platform right now. Selected talent are guided to set up on LIVE, badged as music talent, and grown into full careers through mentorship, music campaigns, and in app monetization. Going LIVE turns passive listeners into invested fans who keep coming back, buy merch, and become advocates — it's how independent artists build real careers. This is a work-from-home opportunity. There are no representation fees and no commissions — talent earns directly through TikTok's Viewership Gifting System and Subscription model, plus extra bonus incentives issued by the Studio for hitting performance milestones.

PAYMENT DETAILS Payments are based on the Viewership Gifting System and Subscription model. Talent will cash out all digital gifts themselves. Please note this is a self-motivated project. How Creators Earn: Viewers send virtual gifts during livestreams, which convert to diamonds, which TikTok pays out as cash. TikTok retains approximately 50% of gift value. Creators also earn through head-to-head battles (which multiply gift volume 3–10x) and by building loyal repeat gifters and subscribers. Bonus Incentives: The Studio issues monthly extra bonus incentives to creators who reach over 200K diamonds ($1,000) per month, stream over 20 days, and stream over 60 hours per month. No commissions are taken from any talent. Talent can cash out their earnings weekly via the app.
