The Naked Woman

Upstate. Nowadays. Mikhail turns 70. His Russian immigrant family gathers at his country house for the celebration — but on his morning walk, he encounters a naked woman running and screaming for help, and does nothing. She is later found dead. As a police investigation closes in, the family implodes: secrets surface, an affair is exposed, a pregnancy revealed. The man everyone believed in turns out to be the man who walked away.
