"String Of Letters" Ssdi Social Spot
A relatable, diary-style UGC video following an adult over 50 as they document their disability benefits application journey from home. Across several self-recorded moments, the character eagerly opens a series of letters related to their claim, only to encounter more requests, more paperwork, and more questions. What begins with optimism gradually turns into confusion, frustration, and exhaustion as the process becomes increasingly complicated and bureaucratic. By the end, overwhelmed by the endless back-and-forth, the character decides to call Disability for Over 50 for help navigating the process.
