Synopsis:
Lost + Found: Young adults share a personal story about a real time when they felt emotionally “lost” in life (ex: overwhelmed, unmotivated, ungrounded, etc). They will then share how they “found” themselves again by prioritizing their mental wellness – like practicing healthier self-talk, keeping a routine, or accepting imperfections.
