Synopsis
Mockumentary-style skit ad for a home cleaning brand, in the style of 'The Office.' A charismatic lead 'researches' the perfect product after a customer's 1-star review, with a small supporting cast (camera person, customer, and a few extra characters). Looking for a group/family who can fill multiple roles together
Additional Information:
This is a SKIT-style shoot in a mockumentary/"fake documentary" format (think "The Office") for a home cleaning brand. We're looking for a lead creator who can "captain" this project and help bring together a small cast to fill the roles below. This does NOT need to be a solo submission — families, friend groups, or small creator collectives are welcome to apply together.
Main Characters:
Creator (Lead): Very charismatic with a snappy sense of humor. Plays a "researcher" on a mission to find the perfect 5-star product for a customer. This is the main on-camera talent driving the comedy.
Camera: Films the Creator in a fake-documentary style — think "The Office" handheld/mockumentary camera work. More passive/reactive role, but camera movement and comedic timing are important to the vibe.
Customer: Mom, 40+. Ideally fits the brand's core customer persona — a mom dealing with hard water ring stains who left the "1-star review" that kicks off the skit.
Extra/Supporting Characters:
Mom VO: Woman, voice-over role — heard talking on the phone.
Cleaning Aisle Lady: Woman, 35+, talks about Krazy Klean in a store aisle setting.
3 Random People: Store customers who get asked about hard water stains on camera.
If applying as a group, please let us know in your submission who would play which role.
