Synopsis:

MUST WORK AS A NYC LOCAL. WILL ONLY BE NEEDED 1 DAY FOR SHOOTING. STILLS AND VIDEO . USAGE MUST BE AGREED TO AS IS. RATE IS BASED ON A 10 HOUR WORK DAY WITH 30 MIN LUNCH. USAGE: 2 Years Approved Media: Digital, including e-commerce; Social Media; Digital Media Advertising; Streaming /CTV; In-store; and Linear Television, for use of the Photos and Licensed Videos expressly identified in the approved Deliverables Matrix. Territory: Worldwide / global Usage Grant & Term: Subject to payment in full of all fees due to the applicable rights holders under the applicable rights agreements by the payor identified in those agreements, the rights to use the Photos and any Licensed Videos will be secured for Client and granted directly by th applicable rights holder, solely for the Approved Media, Territory, and License Term stated in this SOW. The “License Term” means two (2) years from the Date of First Use.
