SESSION RATE: $500+20% (to include / per 10 hr shoot day). USAGE RATE: $6,000+20% (to include the below usage in perpetuity - guaranteed at time of booking). USAGE: NON UNION TALENT ONLY TERM: Perpetuity. TERRITORY: Worldwide. MEDIA: E-commerce & Digital Retail — Product pages, category imagery, and promotional banners on the ServiceNow Shop and any successor platforms. Social Media — Organic and paid posts across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and emerging channels) in any format, including static, video, Stories, and Reels. Internal Communications — Intranet pages, employee newsletters, employee workplace displays, Teams channels, internal presentations, internal events, and company-wide announcements. External Communications — Press materials, partner & sales communications, customer-facing emails, and event promotions. Print & Out-of-Home — Event signage, materials, and physical retail activations including the ServiceNow Shop floor presence at events like Knowledge. Video & Motion — Incorporation into brand videos, tutorials, event highlight reels, and animated content. Photos are exclusive to ServiceNow, cannot be licensed to other brands.
