Ryze Disruptive Pod Miami

Overview: We’re looking to source 2-3 Miami-based creators / on-camera personalities to pilot our Disruptive Pod – a small, experimental creator group designed to produce funny, conversational, man-on-the-street-style content & skits/trends for RYZE. This Miami pod is a low-risk testing ground to identify breakout talent who could become recurring faces of our organic social content and potentially join our In-house Organic Team long-term. They will create both individual and group content at and around our RYZE coffee truck in Miami from March 1 - April 30, 2026, with the opportunity to expand into a long-term role. We’ll kick things off with a paid man-on-the-street test video to evaluate conversational skills, humor, and on-camera presence. What they’ll be doing: Participating in a man-on-the-street–style videos filmed in Miami Participating in both individual and group skits/trends Approaching and engaging strangers on camera Leading or reacting in short, unscripted conversations Testing chemistry, humor, and comfort on camera Looking for: 2-3 Miami-based creators / personalities Age range: ~22-40 (very open) Location: Miami-based Gender: Mix Ethnicity: Open, strong preference for a diverse mix (race, background, energy, life experience). 1 BIPOC creator is a must. Experience: On-camera experience (social media content, comedy, interviews, etc.) Improvisation, sketch, stand-up, or conversational content is a big plus Comfortable filming themselves and/or others Understands pacing, reactions, and comedic timing
