EXCLUSIVITY: None PRE-NEGOTIATED REUSE OPTIONS: OPTION #1: $1,650 + 20% for an additional 1 year after completion of the first term. Renewals for consecutive years, after the first-year usage, will be payable at +10% of the prior year’s Usage Fee.
