PR MEDIA Client and Agency PR in all media and all forms of promotional use/material including but not limited to show reel use, award shows/ submissions, industry trade websites, case studies, internal meetings, internal websites, sales meetings, research/reference/archival/historical purposes, film festivals, news program editorials for use in perpetuity. Use of work by Agency on their websites and intranet shall be deemed Secondary/PR media for use in perpetuity. TERRITORY The United States and its territories, possessions and commonwealths and Canada (Worldwide Use for Online/Digital + PR) MATERIALS The Primary Commercial and all versions, edits, cut-downs, tags, promos, and lifts thereof; all digital/still images (including of gifs, cinemagraphs, and screengrabs), and alternate Ad-IDs of the Commercials created from the Primary Commercial during the Term. PRINT SESSION FEE (if hired only as lead model for print shoot ONLY and NOT hired for commercial): Session Fee: $440.00 – rate inclusive of fitting/wardrobe if fitted same day of the shoot, and work time. Per day rate if working multiple days. Based on an 8-hour workday. • Time and a half overtime per Hour rate for hours worked after the 8th hour: $82.50 • Double time overtime per hour rate for hours worked after the 12th hour: $110.00 Meal period does not count as work time and shall be no less than ½ hour nor more than 1 hour in length. Prior Day Fitting: $55.00 | Per Hour Rate Prior Day Fitting Fee only payable if fitted on a separate day prior to the workday Buyout Fee: $1,500.00 Buyout fee only payable if campaign launches and appearing in final campaign. Payment is due no later than 15 business from first air date and is a one-time payment covering all Materials created per all terms/usage rights listed above. Renewal Option Term: $1,500.00 + 10% Rate Increase Renewal Option Term covers an additional 3-month term to be consecutive to the initial term per all terms/media/territory/materials listed above. Renewal option term only payable if exercised by the Client. Agent Fee: 20% Agent Fee ONLY Applicable if Talent Has a Bonafide Agent ● Talent hired for this project must be a LEGAL resident in the United States or possess a valid VISA with a permit to work in the United States o Completion of a W4 + I9 along providing all applicable IDs required for employment eligibility verification are required o Talent must have a valid social security number to work in the United States o We are unable to pay talent if they cannot go through our payroll company – NO EXCEPTIONS ● For minors (if required by State Law) – valid child performer work permit and block trust account (AKA – Coogan Account) are required and must be valid (not expired) on day of shoot or minors will not be permitted on set per State Law – NO EXCEPTIONS
