REVLON RESTART HAIRCARE - STILLS AND NON UNION VIDEO Shoot Dates: May 8 + 9 (1 day per model) Casting Date: April 23rd Location: NYC Rate: $3,500 + 20% for 10 hour day (OT after 8 is factored in) and usage below. Guaranteed at time of booking. Usage: **please note there is no OOH/TV/Streaming on this one, as is typically in Revlon usage. And “perpetual use” is just due to the internet…nothing to be reposted after the 2 year term. Two (2) years from the date of first public use (tentative 12/1/2026): Stills and Video, Worldwide, Unrestricted inclusive of but not limited to – all media advertising and editorial uses, trade and consumer, third party retailers, print, industrial/theatrical, packaging on all vehicles, point of purchase (POP) / point of sale (POS) / in-store, collateral / free-standing insert (FSI) / magazine and non-magazine coupon use, direct mail For perpetual use (no expiration date): Stills and Video, all electronic/digital/internet media, e-c commerce/e-retail, social paid/organic, streaming digital platforms, digital tv (DTV), connected tv (CTV), QR code initiatives, public relations, (PR) / corporate use / internal use, behind the scenes (BTS), and owned channels, (no new posts after the initial 2-year term; but there is no requirement to monitor and remove uses that have been posted or otherwise deployed during the initial 2-year term). The term of use shall include an additional ninety (90) days use post-expiration to accommodate in-market transition of the material (“run-off period”). The parties understand and agree that any unauthorized use (e.g., use beyond the Term of the Agreement, outside the Media, etc.) by third parties of Deliverables disseminated or distributed by Client in accordance with this Agreement shall not constitute a breach by Client hereunder.
