Real Estate Tv/Web Ad - On Camera Speaking Talent

We're seeking an on-camera speaking talent for a startup real estate company TV/Web ad. We will create a 60-sec, 30-sec, and 15-sec version of the ad. The talent should appear trustworthy, positive, happy, assertive, professional looking, and have the ability to persuade customers to seek new real estate. You will be shot against a green screen, talking to the camera lens, and reading off a teleprompter. You must be able to read off a teleprompter without the need of glasses (no eyeglasses because of reflections). No visible tattoos / piercings. We are in Orange County. Add a note with contact info, city, and additional video url's. Local to Orange County is a plus but not required.
