Synopsis:

A creation of Buffalo Toronto Public Media (BTPM), Reading Rainbow premiered in 1983 as a wildly successful approach for using television to inspire children’s love of reading and build lasting connections between kids and books. Renewing its mission for a new generation, the program is back with a new digital platform and a new host, social media librarian Mychal Threets.

A reboot of the classic series, Reading Rainbow is returning with a digital series and a new host, Mychal Threets (known as Mychal the Librarian on social media). Initial exhibition on YouTube (Reading Rainbow channel, Sony Kids channel, Kidzuko). Please Do NOT submit for roles you have already auditioned for specifically (ie. please do still submit if you have auditioned for other roles on the series. Ie. if you are a fit for Craft Kid or Library Kid, but have not actually auditioned for either yet, please do submit!)
