A video and photo shoot capturing modern fatherhood through real, everyday moments. Shot inside a Brooklyn home, the content follows millennial dads as they move through daily life — mornings in the kitchen, moments of movement and recovery, quiet pauses, and time with their kids. The protein shake lives naturally within the routine rather than being the focus. The final assets will be used across web and social platforms, supporting both paid and organic placements, and present an honest, relatable portrait of what it means to be a dad today: active, present, and always showing up.
