Hand Model Usage and Rate: Broadcast TV: National, Cable Industrial/ Theatrical/Cinematic Electronic Media (i.e., Internet, Digital/Social, DOOH, Streaming, etc.) Screen grabs to be used for Internet / Digital Media INITIAL TERM: In perpetuity TERRITORY(IES): Worldwide Both Hand Model/BGE & OCPs: All Broadcast media now known or hereafter devised including without limitation to, Network, Spot, Satellite, Cable TV (both free & pay); Infomercial; Theatrical; Interactive; All Electronic/Digital media now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation to, Internet, Social Media, OTT/CTV/Streaming. Websites, Intranet, Banner Advertising, New Media, Email, Mobile Devices, and any still image screen grab pulled from the moving footage which is used on the Internet; All Industrial media now known, but without limitation to, trade shows, conventions and conferences, OOH billboards (digital and static), elevator placements, events (external and internal events), public meetings, sales meetings, award shows, press releases; In-store in all media (including without limitation, point of sale and/or point of purchase materials, signage, windows, monitors, interactive screens/videos, displays). If upgraded to OCP: (all non recognizable footage stays in perpetuity/all media) (no additional session fees). OCP Usage payable upon first public display and only if performance is utilized. Term: 4 months Territory: USA, its territories possessions and commonwealths, with Electronic as inherently worldwide Media: Same as above Exclusivity: These Quick Service Restaurant brands: Domino's, Little Caesars, Papa Johns Fee: 2500 plus 20% usage Renewals: Prior year + 10% Hand Model Rate: Hand models will be used as background talent too inclusive in one session fee. Session Fee: $600 +20% for 10 hour workday (covers all materials shot) Overtime Fee: $90+20% for 11 and 12 hours Overtime Fee: $120 +20% for 13th hour + Wardrobe Fitting: N/A Wardrobe Rental: N/A Manicure: $50 flat rate Buyout Rate: N/A Weather Day Occurrence: Should shoot be cancelled/postposed due to weather payment due talent will be 50% of the session payment if cancelled/postponed within 48 hours prior to the shoot.
