Looking for talent that works as locals to NYC RATES: Session Fee: $750/day + 20% AF Usage Fee: $3500 per talent + 20% AF Fitting Fee: $100/day + 20% AF The usage is 5 years - Worldwide, All Media, Excluding Broadcast. NON-EXCLUSIVE. ( see talent release note below) NOTE ON AI /DIGITAL REPLICA USAGE that will be in the model release: Any use of a talent's Digital Replica is limited to the same Term, Territory, and Media as the original project. It doesn't carry over into future campaigns or unrelated work. If PayPal ever wanted to use a Digital Replica beyond the original scope (outside initial terms), that would require a separate conversation and renewal discussions. The perpetuity language is for internal and archival purposes, think reference, awards, file storage. It's not a license to run the Digital Replica in new commercial work down the road without consent. If PayPal ever wanted to use a Digital Replica beyond the original scope, that would require a separate conversation and renewals as we do now. WORDING IN RELEASE WILL STATE: I hereby grant to PayPal the express right and permission to use the Materials and/or my Likeness as incorporated therein to create and use my Digital Replica in [new materials in the same media and for the same purpose as described above] (collectively, “Permitted Use”). I agree that the Permitted Use represents a reasonably specific description of the use of my Digital Replica, and is consistent with the fundamental character of PayPal’s intended use of the Materials. I understand that a “Digital Replica” is a computer-generated, highly realistic electronic representation that is readily identifiable as my Likeness, created in whole or in part using the Materials and/or my Likeness as incorporated therein, that the Digital Replica may be produced using generative artificial intelligence (“AI”) or other machine learning technologies, and that the Digital Replica has the capability to independently generate new performances of my Likeness which are not rendered by me. I agree that PayPal may retain my Digital Replica at all times in perpetuity for reference and archival purposes and acknowledge that PayPal shall use commercially reasonable efforts to protect the security of my Digital Replica to prevent unauthorized access, use or copying. I acknowledge and agree that the creation of the Digital Replica may require PayPal to utilize AI and/or machine learning technologies provided by third party applications and service providers (“AI Tools”), and that PayPal shall be subject to the terms and conditions of such AI Tools, and I hereby release and agree to hold PayPal harmless from and against any liability or claim arising from such authorized use of any third party AI Tool.
