In the summer of 2007 two insufferable 8th grade boys attempt to teach themselves to skateboard before the start of high school so: they can get the cute girls that’ll never go for them, make friends with the cool kids that never look their way, and have the best summer of the early 2000’s. This is the summer they are determined to change the future of their social status despite everyone being annoyed by them, their friendship taking a skid, and their unsuccessful attempts to learn how to Ollie.
