Synopsis
Turn your stage presence into ongoing, paid weekend work with NYC Birthday Clowns. We are hiring engaging performers and hosts for children’s birthday parties, school events and family celebrations throughout New York City. Lead games, dancing and playful audience interaction; depending on training and assignment, add balloons, face painting, temporary tattoos or simple magic. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.
Additional Information:
This is year-round weekend performance work. You should enjoy working with children, feel comfortable leading a group, communicate warmly with parents, and arrive prepared and on time. Actors, improvisers, dancers, teaching artists and camp performers are encouraged to apply. Party experience is welcome but not required. Regular Saturday and/or Sunday availability and reliable travel around NYC are essential. Assignments and earnings vary with bookings, location, skills, training and availability.
