CASTING NOTICE Untitled Documentary Project Motion Capture Performer Seeking a female performer (approximately 25–35) for a paid casting and development process involving character performance and motion capture. We are developing an original documentary project and are looking for someone with a compelling presence, strong storytelling instincts, and natural charisma. The project explores engaging stories drawn from the worlds of music, culture, mystery, and human behavior. A genuine interest in music, popular culture, documentaries, or storytelling is a plus. Performance Style Not a traditional television host. Not a news anchor. We're looking for someone with a modern, natural presence who feels approachable, credible, and engaging. Think storyteller rather than presenter. The ideal performer should be able to move comfortably between moments of curiosity, suspense, humor, empathy, and seriousness. We are drawn to performers with a strong point of view, natural confidence, and the ability to connect directly with an audience. Think: intelligent, curious, stylish, and capable of taking an audience down a rabbit hole. Physical Type Female, approximately 25–35 Strong screen presence Expressive face and eyes Distinctive look encouraged Tattoos welcome Comfortable with performance capture and experimental production techniques Casting Process Phase 1 — Submission Review Interested performers should submit: Headshot Recent photos Demo reel (if available) Short video introduction (1–2 minutes) Phase 2 — Recorded Audition Selected applicants will receive a short documentary-style script and will be asked to submit a brief self-taped audition. This round will focus on storytelling ability, screen presence, vocal delivery, and overall connection with the material. Phase 3 — Motion Capture Session Finalists will be invited to Los Angeles to participate in a paid motion capture performance session. This session will focus on performance, expressiveness, and natural storytelling ability. Compensation will be provided for selected participants.
