$2,800/12 + 20% Flat rate to cover fitting [if needed], session, usage. Buyout is perp. Note: Talent will be portraying medical staff and will be wearing a medical mask which will largely obscure their face (eyes only). That said there will be some shots where the mask is pulled down to capture specific actions. Must be comfortable shooting in a mask. Client will require signed NDA at time of booking.
