Live Voice Performance Study (koreatown)
Live Voice Performance Study (Koreatown) is a live, voice-forward performance activation presented during a private, RSVP-based, queer-focused adult art event in Los Angeles. Event format: One performer sits in a designated, semi-private station and guides one consenting adult audience participant at a time. The participant wears headphones and listens to the performer’s voice through a microphone while maintaining a focused, intimate moment using pacing, presence, and sustained eye contact. The performance is structured with a scripted base and light improvisation. Date and location: Friday 1/17/2026 in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The event takes place at a private indoor commercial venue (not a private residence). The event typically draws approximately 200–300 attendees over the course of the night; the performance itself is experienced one participant at a time. Schedule and time commitment: Live performance occurs during the event in scheduled performance blocks (with short breaks), plus a brief setup and soundcheck window before the event begins. One or more short rehearsal/development session(s) may occur prior to 1/17/2026, scheduled directly with selected talent (DTLA or remote). Talent duties: Deliver a calm, controlled, intimate voice performance for multiple brief one-on-one interactions across the night, maintain professional boundaries, and keep the tone consistent. Documentation (photo, video, audio) may be captured to promote the live event series.
