FIT DATE: April 17, 2026 SHOOT DATE: April 18 & 19 (weekend) Talent must be able to work both days Shoot Location: Los Angeles, CA Talent must work as locals. RATES: *+20% Agency Fee only if applicable FITTING FEE: $250 + 20% for up to 5 hours. $50 + 20% per additional hour if applicable. If booked for a remote wardrobe fitting instead, that will be at a rate of $50 + 20% per hour. SESSION FEE: $750+20% per 10 hour session (10 hours is inclusive of on set HMU and travel time to and from set). Overtime will be paid at a rate of $102.50 + 20% per hour after 10 hours. USAGE FEE: $3,000 + 20% to include term, territory and media below *Payable only if talent appears in final materials *Payable within 30 days of confirmation of first use Talent payments will be made via Extreme Reach payroll. RENEWAL OPTION 1: + 10% ($3,300 + 20%) to include an additional 2 years of usage upon completion of the original term. Same booking terms/conditions will apply. RENEWAL OPTION 2: + 10% ($3,630 + 20%) to include an additional 2 years of usage upon completion of Renewal 1. Same booking terms/conditions. USAGE: Stills and Nonunion Video will be shot TERM: 2 years of use from first use date or six months from last shoot date, whichever is earlier TERRITORY: North America, including the U.S., its territories, commonwealths, and possessions with worldwide internet MEDIA: All captures. Unlimited and unrestricted use in all areas of advertising in all media including but not limited to, Print, Digital, Brochures, Trade/Trade Shows, Collateral, OOH, GIFs/Cinemagraphs, PR, Internet, all Electronic, Social, and New Media including motion. Excludes Broadcast TV.
