Filming Details Location: Buckeye, AZ Shoot Dates: April 16th-19th (with possible reshoot dates) Compensation: No Pay. Food will be provided on filming days Union Status: Non-Union Additional Filming Notes: Must be local hire, travel not covered Character Breakdowns - JORDAN (17 & 24) Role Type: Lead Gender: Male Age Range: 20 - 24 Ethnicity: Open Description: (17) Ready to take on the challenges of life and future, Jordan looks forward to a post-highschool existence. Recently however, he has felt that his circumstances are prohibiting him from growing. Despite this, Jordan always puts his loved ones first and, even if difficult, he'll sacrifice anything for the betterment of his family and friends. His sister Joy is his best friend. (24) A gentle, carring, and responsible man. He puts his family first and always thinks of others before himself. He is a husband and a father and that is where his priorities lie always. Since his sister's passing he has struggled to show vulnerability with people, especially those who he feels depend on him. This has caused him much stress and anxiety. He knows he must move on past this for himself, and more so his wife and daughter, but he is still learning how to heal. - JOY (17) Role Type: Supporting Gender: Female Age Range: 17 - 20 Ethnicity: Open Description: Joy loves people and people love Joy. Due to her kind nature and diverse interests she quickly gains the favor of anyone she meets. She's always known how to dance the line between the cup half full approach and the annoyingly overly optimistic style, which has allowed her to find positivity in her circumstances and make the best out of situations without being naive. This outlook helps her be there for her friends when they need advice or comfort. She doesn't know how to be comforted though, and struggles to ask for advice when she needs it herself. - HOPE (24) Role Type: Supporting Gender: Female Age Range: 20 - 24 Ethnicity: Open Description: The love of Jordan's life, as he is hers. She is strong of mind and heart and is able to show love with great patience. She took piano lessons from the age of 5 and is self taught on the cello, which she played professionally for a time. She married Jordan when they were both 19 and she supported them both while he was in school by playing in the orchestra and also keeping part time in retail. She graduated high school early at the age of 17 and studied History and Mythology for 2 years. Recently she has realized her passion is to be a mother and has taken a step back from her career and her studies to be present for her daughter and support Jordan as she always has.
