Client: IQOS/Phillip Morris International. Rates- all +20% agency fee IF Represented $4000 buyout $550 session on payroll $75 fitting ( 90 mins) Usage Guaranteed Shoot dates are Feb 21-23, fitting on the 20th. USAGE WORDING FROM RELEASE: The Licensed Parties shall have the right to reproduce, distribute, exhibit, publicly perform, exploit, adapt and otherwise use (collectively “Use”) the Featured Artist’s image, performance, likeness, voice (including the right to dub the Featured Artist’s voice) (collectively “Performance”) in the Materials as set forth in this clause: Media: All Media (excluding Broadcast & Cinema) Territory: Worldwide Usage Term: 3 years worldwide from the anticipated date of first insertion, tbd Not to exceed 12 months after shoot day. expected date of first use will be June 1, 2026 Exclusivity:No *All images and videos with Devices and Consumables with Hands for all media, worldwide and in perpetuity starting from 2026. *Corporate use for talent(PMPSA and /or its Affiliates corporate and brand websites and social media platforms, WW and in perpetuity). The Advertiser understands not to post Materials online or on social media after expiry of the Usage Term set out above. Upon expiry of the Usage Term, the parties agree that the Production Company and Advertiser shall be under no obligation to remove Materials posted on online or on social media during the Usage Term. The parties acknowledge that the Advertiser is and/or shall be the owner of the Materials and the Advertiser is either the intellectual property rights owner. * In the event that the Featured Artist is required to attend, at the Performers & Licensed Parties’ sole discretion, any recall(s) following the Shoot, the Production Company shall pay [through its production company] the Featured Artist $550.00 + 20% Agent Fee USD The Usage Fee and Session fee payable pursuant to this Agreement are and shall represent full and final consideration for the proper performance of the Services and the entire product of such Services and the rights granted by the Featured Artist herein and shall include any and all agency fees, expenses and extras of whatever description and any and all payments due to the funds of any guild or union or other similar organization and any and all pay-roll and other taxes and direct and indirect taxes and state and government and social security contributions, pension contributions and holiday pay. No further or additional payment shall be due to the Featured Artist in respect of any of the foregoing for any reason whatsoever. ADDITIONAL POSSIBLE USAGE OPTION IF THRE CLEINT DECIDES TO PURCHASE AFTER INITIAL USE: In the event that the Licensed Parties exercise, at their sole discretion, the Option referred to they shall, as full and final consideration, pay the Featured Artist 4th yr $3000 (no exclusivity) 5th yr$4000 + 20% AF(no exclusivity)
