FITTING DATE: October 13 SHOOT DATE: October 14, 15, 16 *Multiple shoot days cannot be guaranteed* RATES: *+20% Agency Fee if applicable ADULT FITTING RATE: $200+20% for max 3 hours. ADULT SESSION RATE: $800+20% per 10 hour session. ADULT USAGE RATE: $3000+20% to include the below term, territory, and media. Guaranteed at time of booking. USAGE TERM: 1 year from first use. TERRITORY: Worldwide MEDIA: All Media - excluding TV Broadcast. Media (includes but is not limited to): - All New Media in any format (including mobile phones and other mobile media) (including, without limitation, paid digital, streaming and downloadable, social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)). - All Industrial & Public Exhibition uses (including, without limitation, in-store, kiosk, in-stadium, events, in-flight, mobile phones, military bases, trade shows, in-cinema and at any events attended by or sponsored by Advertiser) - All Public Relations and Internal Use materials in any form of media - Print media (including but not limited to, without limitation, out of home & digital out of home (“DOOH”) & spectacular, collateral, magazines and newspapers, retail (without limitation, point of sale, wholesale, distributors, in-store displays, etc.) ----------------------------------------------
