------------------------------------------------------- HOKA HOLIDAY F26 - NON UNION PRINT & VIDEO / JUNE-JULY 2026 SHOOT LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA LA LOCALS ONLY OR TALENT MUST WORK AS LA LOCALS. THERE IS NO TRAVEL COVER. PROJECT DATES: TBD, Between June 22 - July 7 *Multiple shoot days cannot be guaranteed* RATES: *+20% Agency Fee if applicable ADULTS, 18+ YRS FITTING RATE: $200+20% (to cover any fittings if applicable) SESSION RATE: $800+20% (per 10 hr shoot day) USAGE RATE: $3,000+20% (to include the below usage - guaranteed at time of booking). USAGE: TERM:The Use Term shall be one (1) year from date of first public use of photography and three (3) years from date of first public use of videos (collectively “Materials”) but perpetual for HOKA's internal usage and archival purposes (i.e., Materials may remain perpetually where originally published, and HOKA has no obligation to remove materials upon expiration of the Use Term so long as no new publications occur after expiration of the Use Term). TERRITORY: Worldwide. MEDIA: Stills only. Digital, paid social, wholesale retailers, in-store, and POS, Client retail, ecomm and social media.
