Principal Rate: $500/day Background Rate: $250/day — 5-6 hr day PROJECT DESCRIPTION Casting a stylized launch film for Greptile, set inside a sprawling 1970s corporate technology facility. A pull request arrives on a floppy disk and travels through an absurdly elaborate bureaucratic review process: towering stacks of printed code, rows of reviewers stamping pages by hand, enormous vintage computers and finally a mechanical testing system that actually runs the code. The film will be shot in a stark, cinematic black-and-white style. The humor is completely deadpan. Nothing should feel like a sketch or parody; everyone inhabits this world sincerely and treats the process with absolute seriousness.
