Goat’s Trail Winter Off-Road Lifestyle Shoot

We are producing a winter lifestyle photo shoot for Goat’s Trail, an off-road apparel brand collaborating with Polaris and Arctic Cat on branded apparel (shirts, hats, outer layers). The imagery will capture authentic winter off-road lifestyle moments, both outdoors and indoors, including: • In and around 4WD vehicles and snowmobiles • Hanging out at or around a winter cabin • Light “wrenching” or working on snowmobiles (posed, lifestyle—not technical) • Relaxing after a day of sledding • Outdoor winter fire / campfire scenes • Casual, story-driven moments that feel real and lived-in SHOOT DATE: January 24, 2025 LOCATION: Minocqua, Wisconsin (Local or regional talent strongly preferred due to limited travel budget.) USAGE: Full Buyout – All media, worldwide, in perpetuity (Brand, web, social, digital, and promotional use) RATE: $600 flat rate Up to 10 hours (one shoot day) CASTING NEEDS We are casting fit, active adults with a natural, outdoorsy vibe. ROLES • 2 Men • 1 Woman • Ages 30–40 • All ethnicities encouraged to submit Ideal talent enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. Interest or experience with off-roading or snowmobiling is a plus, but not required. WARDROBE EXPECTATIONS (IMPORTANT) Talent will be expected to provide their own winter-appropriate base wardrobe, including: • Cold-weather boots or winter footwear • Jeans or durable pants • Neutral, outdoorsy layers (base layers, flannels, thermals, etc.) Goat’s Trail will provide branded apparel (shirts, hats, outer layers) to be styled into each look. Wardrobe should feel authentic, practical, and outdoors-appropriate—nothing overly styled or fashion-forward. WEATHER & ENVIRONMENT NOTES • Shooting will take place in winter conditions • Talent must be comfortable working outdoors in cold temperatures • Some scenes may take place inside cabins or garages, but outdoor winter shooting is expected TRAVEL NOTE We have a limited travel budget.
