"Funny Business," a Psychological Thriller short student film. The second short film in Proto-Productions 2026 Slate. 'An unwilling worker named Tone finds himself in a never-ending office space, occupied entirely by literal corporate clowns. Tone tries to escape his liminal prison and in doing so, confronts his new boss, Mr. Frequency'. This short film is a thrilling and visually stunning ride that plays with the concept of liminal spaces. Utilizing intricate production design, incredible locations, matte paintings, and a short 10-minute run time, this film aims to make it the festival circuit alongside the other films in this ambitious slate.
