Minors must have valid work permit + Coogan account RATES: *+20% Agency Fee only if applicable FITTING FEE: $100 flat SESSION FEE: $500+20% per 8 hour session OCP OLV BUYOUT: $2,000+20% to include the below term, territory, and media. Guaranteed at time of booking. OCP PRINT BUYOUT: $1,000 + 20%, only paid if talent selected/featured in the final print portion. RENEWAL RATE FOR ADDITIONAL 1 YEAR OF USE: + 10% ($2,200 + 20% for OLV, $1,100 + 20% for Print) Talent payments will be made via Highland Talent payroll. USAGE: Media: Digital, Industrial and Print option Any and all forms of Digital Media now known or hereafter devised including, but not limited to: Internet, New Media, Digital & Social (including, without limitation, streaming or downloadable formats on all social channels, on Licensee’s websites/apps and social channels, and on any third-party websites/apps, OTT, CTV, Digital Stills) and and all forms of Industrial media now known or hereafter devised including, but not limited to: Industrial (including, without limitation, cinema, OOH, Digital OOH, In-flight, In-store/Retail, trade shows, arenas, stadiums, places of public assembly, publicity). PR, including press releases. Print: Agency/Client shall have the option to either pull stills from video footage or use still photographs in Print Media (including, but not limited to, OOH, Billboards, Magazines, Newspapers, Brochures, Retail, Point of Sale, Mailers, etc.). Term: Beginning on the Effective Date (first date of work) and expiring 1 (one) Y ear from first air date as approved by Client. In addition, at any time during and after the Term, the Licensees may continue to use the materials produced hereunder for internal use, external presentations (including but not limited to corporate meetings, sales meetings and conventions), historical purposes (including Licensee’s social media accounts), publicity (including, without limitation, on Licensee’s websites) and award show submissions in perpetuity, worldwide. Territory: US & its Territories for OOH & Industrial, Worldwide for Internet/Digital/Social/PR.
