When a family gathering goes wrong, they find themselves at the mercy of Fanny, a brilliant and unhinged neurotrauma surgeon whose hospitality hides something sinister. Social awkwardness curdles into dark humor, then into genuine terror, as Fanny’s true nature surfaces and the family, Dianne, Alex, Steve, and Brenda, realize leaving was never really an option. A horror-comedy about politeness as survival strategy, and what it costs when you finally stop playing along.
