USAGE Term: 1 year from 1st public use date Territory: WW Media: Rights for use in any and all digital media now known or hereafter devised (both paid and organic), including, without limitation, all websites, social channels, all apps, all forms of streaming TV, OTT, etc., and all other electronic media; all non-broadcast industry uses (including, without limitation, Digital and traditional OOH, Cinema, PR inclusive of news broadcast, award shows, meetings, events, and internal uses), and all print media. Archival and internal usage in perpetuity. (e.g., Deliverables may remain perpetually where originally published, and company has no obligation to remove Deliverables upon expiration of the usage period so long as no new publications occur after expiration). Unlimited reproductions.
