When a fun, new show arrives at the fall county fair, Ella can't wait to bring her friend Mike to see the rides, the foods, and especially the hilarious new competitive event "Lock it Down". With so much fun and so many people in the community to enjoy it with, even Mike can't help but enjoy the festivities. But when the game of "Lock it Down" turns competitive between Ella and Mike, their contest turns into a hilarious battle of wits that ends with laughter and great memories for the both of them.
