Route: Thanks to Connect Hearing, you don’t miss out on the connection, belonging, and togetherness that makes life feel full. Execution: In scenes of everyday Aussie life, we’ll see Connect Hearing customers enjoying special moments with their family, but having a little miss along the way. A VO-led message is paired with a simple proof moment that clearly show why hearing aids matter. In each scene, we see and hear the moment unfold - a cue is heard thanks to their hearing aids - but the hero still “misses”. The hearing aids allow them to be in the moment, but also to help them hear during it, which keeps the humour warm and grounded.
