--------------------------------------------------- PROJECT DAHLIA (NDA TECH CO) STILLS & MOTION / JANUARY 2026 FIT DATE: January 17 SHOOT DATES: January 18, 19 *Multiple shoot days cannot be guaranteed* Shoot Location: Los Angeles, CA LA LOCALS ONLY OR TALENT MUST WORK AS LA LOCALS. THERE IS NO TRAVEL COVER. RATES: *+20% Agency Fee if applicable SESSION RATE: $500+20% (to include any fittings & per 10 hr shoot day) USAGE RATE: $2,000+20% (to include the below usage of talent likeness in the Media, Territory, and for Term set forth - guaranteed at time of booking). *Usage for any hand model / unrecognizable images will be unlimited, worldwide, in perpetuity. USAGE: TERM: Five (5) years from first use date. TERRITORY: Worldwide. MEDIA: Unlimited worldwide use including channel third-party advertising for CLIENT products and services. (Channel advertising is marketing material created for CLIENT licensed third-party retailers such as Best Buy, Target, etc. Channel advertising can be, but is not limited to, in-store signage, coupons, outdoor/OOH, bus shelters, billboards, etc.). CLIENT shall have no obligation to retrieve, withdraw, or retire materials that were used or released as authorized by this Agreement during the Term (including but not limited to materials included in CLIENT software), provided that CLIENT shall not authorize any new use of the materials after the expiration of the Term. CLIENT may use, and may make available to third parties, all produced work. EXCLUSIONS: CLIENT purchased Broadcast, Print, and OOH. PRE-NEGOTIATED USAGE RENEWAL OPTION: (Not guaranteed - up to client’s discretion if picked up) Five (5) year renewal term, in the Media outlined above: $1,500+20% ---------------------------------------------------
