This episode will focus on SINGLES and the role food plays in how we show up for love. Contestants will prepare a dish they believe could help them attract or connect with a future partner — essentially their ballot for love. Each plate should represent who they are, what they value, and the kind of love they’re ready to give. The menu is completely up to each contestant’s discretion, but we do require that they prepare a full meal, consisting of: 1 main dish 2 sides This is about cooking with intention, not a literal first date — think romance, effort, and presentation. We’re looking for contestants who are comfortable sharing their dating pov, open to reflection, and able to connect their food to their personal story.
