Synopsis:

Storyline: After serving five brutal years in prison for a crime she didn’t commit, 23-year-old Alice Beaumont is released and returns to the wealthy Beaumont estate, determined to finally expose the truth. She was framed for pushing Emma Hayes off a rooftop—an act actually committed by her adoptive sister Laura—while her brother Brandon and parents chose to protect Laura and sacrifice Alice. At a lavish banquet meant to celebrate Laura’s birthday, Alice publicly reveals years of financial neglect, emotional abuse, and evidence that her own mother destroyed footage that could have proven her innocence. When Alice exposes the permanent physical damage she suffered in prison—including 173 injuries, 30 fractures, and the loss of a kidney—Brandon begins to realize he may have been manipulated. Prison surveillance footage eventually confirms that Laura paid inmates to systematically torture Alice to silence her forever. As the family fractures under the weight of truth, Brandon turns on Laura and vows to make things right. But even after the truth is exposed, Alice chooses to leave the Beaumont family behind, seeking freedom from the people who failed her when she needed them most.

This is a revenge-theme vertical drama, talent should be comfortable with physical and emotional abuse subject matters. Talent must be Los Angeles local hire (or willing to work as local with reliable transportation). Each shooting day is 12 hours + lunch. Please take this into consideration when evaluating rates. An Intimacy and Stunt Coordinator will be on set for all scenes involving stunt work to ensure performer safety and comfort. Please review each role for physical or intimacy requirements. Production follows state child labor guidelines, parent(s) will be on set, along with studio teacher.
