Ai Avatar Likeness

An AI lab is casting one performer to help create an original character for a live, conversational AI demo. The character is warm, witty, grounded and quick-thinking: someone who puts a new acquaintance at ease while bringing ideas of their own to the conversation. Over approximately five paid recording days, the performer will help shape and portray the character in directed and improvised conversations, including natural listening, humour, empathy and varied reactions. We can record near the performer or bring them to our location; required travel and accommodation will be covered. With the performer’s explicit, separate agreement, recordings of their face, voice and mannerisms will be used to develop a realtime AI character. Visitors to an online demo will be able to have live, unscripted conversations with the character for around five minutes. The AI may generate words and expressions the performer did not personally perform. The proposed initial licence is non-exclusive and covers three months of worldwide demo access and related promotion, including paid ads. Recording, model development and public use will be separately compensated and defined in writing. Renewal or use in customer products would require a separate agreement.
