About the Job
A young divorced mom building a creative career. She’s an average earner but money has never been her thing. Like many creative types, her job title is a string of slashes: graphic designer / motion designer / editor / art director / vibe coder. She is curious and resourceful, capable of becoming completely absorbed in making something work on her laptop. Being a good mom to her daughter Ave is her priority. She dresses casually and never needs to present as “businessy.” Keeping the rest of her life running requires a different kind of attention, one she struggles to sustain. There is always something unfinished, and the uneasy feeling that whatever she is doing, she should probably be doing something else. Her apartment, car, and face tell an immediate story of someone who is doing their absolute best on somewhat limited resources. But there is no shortage of her love and devotion to Ava, no matter how much Ave drives her crazy at times.
