Rico
About the Job
Black or Latino male, mid-20s. Rico is the charismatic leader of the crew: sharp, magnetic, street-smart, and effortlessly commanding. He has the kind of presence that makes younger guys want his approval, but underneath the charm is a possessive need for control that turns increasingly volatile and dangerous. Actor must be able to shift naturally from humor and mentorship into intimidation without telegraphing the turn. Strong physical presence, confidence, emotional intensity, and grounded urban authenticity are essential. Must be comfortable with stunt/fight choreography, physical confrontation, prop firearms, and emotionally charged material.
