**LAYLA — Female Lead | 18–21** Layla is confident, warm, and naturally feminine without trying too hard. She’s been getting to know Malcolm throughout the summer, and what started casually has slowly become something she genuinely cares about. They’ve gone on dates, spent time together, and she feels like there may be something real developing between them. On the final night of summer, Layla decides to take a chance and invite Malcolm over, hoping to deepen their connection. She’s excited but vulnerable, especially because she isn’t completely sure Malcolm feels the same way. **Looking for:** Strong natural presence, emotional range, believable chemistry, and the ability to play subtle vulnerability without overacting. Actress should be comfortable with romantic dialogue and portraying a genuine connection with Malcolm.
