I have enclosed the opening scene before the story goes back in time a bit after the title card. Elijah has been a sheltered guy, Former High school athlete who suffered career ending injury. He was depressed for a while and didn't have the energy to do anything but sit around home. One day a woman saw him in a local store and praised his good looks. The woman let him know that she was the owner of a Model Enterprise and she wanted him board...then hell visits earth... During a meeting, I was told to bring in a superstar script with a (future) superstar actor to the table. Fighting for the unknown actor is truly a task in this day and age where followers stand head and shoulders above pure talent. I crafted a delicious story of a model being lured to an abandoned farm for a photo shoot. The story quickly segues into a plot of chaos, obsession and revenge. Elijah, the lead I crafted with organic layers of emotions. I purposely made room for the actor to tackle several different emotions organically and at the same time highlight their skills. Nothing forced in the writing...all natural dictated by the natural flow of the events. The model connection: Read the interview attached to this casting notice. What you will see is that I have studied the foundation of superstardom since I was a kid. I won't reveal my ultimate path here, but I think its pretty obvious when you think of all the matinee idols of the past that have erupted into megastars. I have a keen vision for this space I just have to find the perfect specimen to utilize in the Hollywood attack.
