About the Job
She should be 30 - 50 yrs old, any ethnicity. Must be a fluent Spanish speaker, with a neutral accent. Healthy. Natural. Great actor. Hosting Experience would also be helpful. They will be guiding people in training videos to do CPR. Talent doesn't already need to know CPR, but must be willing to take the training class that is part of it. Approachable, knowledgeable, can be serious, but also can break the tension with a quip, action, or a line delivered with a twinkle in her eye. She knows her stuff. She teaches (never lectures), encourages when appropriate, and is someone you’d want to hang out with. She is the viewer's guide through the course and will also demonstrate proper Infant CPR technique.
