Character Description: Founder / CEO, and the Hero's champion — she's the one who brought him in, so she isn't panicking. Through the chaos she's steady, giving him the floor ("show them what you showed me"). The bridge between the Hero and her team: she trusts him and is asking her people to trust her judgment. Understated leadership — she says little, but the room orients to her. Special Notes / Requirements: Represents the buyer who's already sold; her calm certainty tells the audience the Hero is the real thing before he proves it. Non-union. "Younger Helen Mirren vibes" (but still open ethnicty), just that type of command and gravitas just by walking in the room. Wears a pant suit with power.
