About the Job
She is a competitive recreational pickleball player and the person who organizes everything. The league, the group chat, the post-game plans. She is fast, fearless, and used to trusting her body completely. A knee injury takes her out of the game and out of the social world built around it. She becomes the character we follow most closely, giving the film a clear emotional line from injury through treatment and recovery. Her care might involve imaging, physical therapy, and a minimally invasive procedure designed to shorten recovery time.
