About the Job

SEEKING MULTI-GEN HISPANIC FAMILY WITH SOME MEMBERS (2 OR MORE) DESCRIBED BELOW: AGAIN, THIS CATEGORY IS FOR FAMILIES WHERE ALL MEMBERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE (the more the better with Disney. Non-actors welcome). Diverse body types. Natural chemistry among all family members. Can improv reactions and dialogue. Able to take direction quickly. Children must be able to speak directly to camera and have great enunciation. Children should be okay with loud noises and interacting with characters. • Grandma (60+): Warm, approachable. Loves to relax and spend time with her grandkids during retirement. • Grandpa (60+): Fun-natured, charming and energetic. Well-respected gent who carries himself with a sprightly swag. • Mom (mid-late 30s): Playful, caring. Genuine smile lights up any room. Hands-on mom. • Dad (mid-late 30s): Relatable, authentic, naturally funny. Might tell the occasional dad joke and might prank his kids. Has an easy-going and spontaneous energy. • Older Child (10-12): Confident. Funny. Has big-sibling energy. (Overprotective of their younger siblings). • Middle Child (7-9): Energetic. Comfortable being silly (laughing, dancing). DISNEY PREFERS REAL FAMILIES. Some agents respond to this by saying, "We don't represent families." Fair enough, but you do represent individuals who often have non-actor family members with whom to slate and audition. Often times, Disney will book non-actors because they're actual family members of the actor. Please consider that the more real family members with whom your actors slate and audition, the higher the likelihood of them booking the project. Barring the above, we'll be considering some individuals for pairings/grouping that represent less than the entire family. But again, more family members who joining in on the slate and audition WILL increase your talent's booking odds significantly!
