Recurring On-Camera Pet Event Host

Beach Leash is casting a charismatic on-camera host for Leash Talk, our ongoing social media series filmed at dog-themed events throughout Southern California. We plan to attend approximately one or two events each month, with the potential for recurring bookings based on performance, fit, availability, and the needs of each event. The host will interview pet owners, interact with their dogs, ask entertaining follow-up questions, lead playful segments, and capture the funny, heartwarming, and unexpected moments happening throughout each event. This role requires someone who can confidently approach new people, think quickly, improvise naturally, and maintain great energy in busy, unpredictable event environments. We are especially interested in experienced hosts, actors, interviewers, and on-camera personalities with strong people skills and a genuine love of dogs. Experience in live events, digital content, broadcast, improv, or unscripted interviewing is strongly preferred. The ability to communicate brand and product messaging naturally is also important. A personal social following is not required for this role but is helpful. Professional hosting ability, reliability, strong interview instincts, and genuine on-camera presence are the priorities. Candidates who also have an established pet-focused audience may be considered for both this role and additional influencer collaborations.
