Lead. Non-Speaking. Tina is empathetic, proactive, and resilient. While watching a news broadcast at home, she sees a report that deeply troubles and shakes her. Rather than giving in to distress, she resolves to take action. Her journey leads her to a community of like-minded individuals, ultimately finding purpose by helping others overcome stress and trauma. Performance: Grounded, subtle, and emotionally expressive. Must be able to convey genuine distress, internal resolve, and an authentic glimmer of hope purely through facial expressions and body language. SELF-TAPE & SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS For this audition, please read for Scene 1 (Watching the broadcast): Framing: Medium close-up. Well-lit on a clean background. Eyeline: Looking slightly off-camera (as if viewing a television screen) so your facial expressions remain fully visible. Avoid turning away from the camera or shifting out of frame. The Action (Continuous Take): Start in a neutral, relaxed state watching the broadcast. Transition naturally into visible concern, internal conflict, and distress as the news unfolds. Let the gravity of the moment settle, followed by an internal shift toward resolve. End on a quiet beat of strength, determination, and a clear look of hope in your eyes.
